Asked before paying.
- Can I change plans part-way through?
- Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect when the current cycle ends, so nothing you paid for is cut short.
- Which payment methods do you take?
- Credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and the common wallets. Receipts are issued for every charge.
- Is there a refund window?
- Seven days from the first charge on any paid plan, no questions asked. The window applies once per account.
- Does paying more change who I am shown?
- No. The matching engine ranks the same way on every tier. Paid plans change how many profiles you can open and contact, and which tools you have to tune the ranking.
- Can I pause instead of cancelling?
- Gold and Platinum members can pause for up to three months. Your profile stays verified and your weights are kept.
